Purchase Agreement

SO Today I got a deal in house!!! I HAVE A BUYER for my apartment and she will sign the contract. once I have signed it too, there are 6 days before the deal is a closed one. WOW I actually get to sell it before leaving for the US - AMAZING! I couldn't have done this without the higher powers... THANK YOU for helping me on my way. This is such a blessing! :D NOW only 3 weeks and I have to move out, get the rest of my design done, pack for travelling too and sort out the rest of the paper work on the apartment etc... PHEW goodness I sure AM in a hurry! It will be such a releaf sitting in that airplane! FINALLY! ON MY WAAAAAY!
