Visa News
I was at a lawyer yesterday. She was really helpful and she did not recommend the H1B work visa but the O1 Visa that is for special abilities. So I will start a company with 2 other Americans and in that way I can apply for the Visa and be back in January on a Visa... so I hope that is gonna work so I can start what I really wanna do.
